Sikandra assembly constituency had given a lead of 47187 votes to the BJP Lok Sabha candidate form Etawah Ashok Kumar Doharey a lead of votes in the last parliamentary general elections held in 2014. The forthcoming assembly election to the Sikandra seat will witness a triangular fight among the SP, BSP and BJP. The Congress will try to make its presence felt.
